Basic Rentals, Corporate Events, Campus Activities, or Large scale Civic Events-- certainly different events require a varied degree of planning, however, we are available to assist you throughout the process.

Be confident in knowing whom you are working with from the start. We are not an entertainment agency, rather we own and operate all the activities we provide. Our staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. UltraSound does not sub contract the services we provide to other companies that you may not be familiar with, our reputation and quality are distinctively different.

The success of your event is equally important to our staff and we hope to build a lasting relationship where your event will afford to grow from year to year. We believe the following information might be helpful:

1. Location, Location, Location! Inflatable games can be provided at most indoor and outdoor locations. Visibility and placement of the games is very important and our staff is available for assistance. Set up within appropriate indoor locations, on the campus quad, or at outdoor event facilities is no problem!
2. Event Planning! Selection of the inflatable games is important and a number of activities can be provided for different age groups. We suggest selecting an “impact piece” that is considered to be one of our premier attractions and build smaller additional attractions around these large impact activities. Let us offer assistance in selecting games for your event. We also provide comprehensive event planning services. Ask for details!
3. Promotion! Regardless if your event is private or open to the public, we can assist in a number of ways. Special promotional materials are available for a number of programs provided by UltraSound or we can offer creative promotional ideas for your event. Having FUN is serious business!
4. Electricity! We will verify electrical requirements of individual events and bring any concerns to your attention prior to the event. Generally, each blower unit must run continuously on each inflatable device and requires an 110v/20amp circuit per blower. Temporary power generators are available by request as an additional rental item if necessary. Call for details!
5. Lighting! If your event schedule will provide operation of games late in the evening, adequate lighting must be provided for the continued safe operation of each activity.
6. Safety! UltraSound Special Events Inc. is a full service event company and has developed a comprehensive risk management program. We are annually inspected by the Ohio Department of amusement ride safety and at no time will the safety of your guests be compromised. All decisions made by UltraSound Special Events Inc. in the interest of risk management are final.  If you have questions, please contact our office.
7. Fully Insured! UltraSound Special Events Inc. is fully insured and inspected by the Ohio Ride safety division. A certificate of insurance will gladly be provided if necessary. In addition we comply with local licensing and inspection guidelines within the state of Ohio. Call for details about Ohio inspection guidelines.
8. Confirmation! We are comfortable in assuming the responsibility of making sure all the details are completed. We will confirm all information with you prior to your event date. Additional information is also easily accessible from our website 24/7.
