I had really missed the excitement and fun of providing the music and entertainment that make receptions and parties a great time. Have enjoyed the work with UltraSound immensely. My 9 to 5 is part owner and prepress manger of Kahny Printing in Cincinnati. Telecommuting most days offers a lot of challenges but I enjoy living in Delphos way to much to move back to Cincy. Hobbies Playing or coaching any sport my children enjoy, baseball, basketball, soccer etc. Also enjoy boating, have been a boat owner for over 22 years. I tinker with computers quite a bit as well. Bad Habits Neglecting my lawn. Starting home repair projects but not quite finishing them. Favorite DJ Moment Was playing a class reunion (it was a 60th or so) in a very nice ball room of a hotel. An elderly gentleman asked if I had the song Sentimental Journey, which I did, but I told him I would rather play it on the piano that was sitting on stage next to my DJ booth. (It is about the only song I know how to play, it’s a family tradition kind of thing.) Anyway, he said “if you play it I’ll sing it”, and we did. The place went crazy, the guy was very, very good. When they were done applauding him, he handed the mic back to me with tears in his eyes and told me that he hadn’t had that much fun since his wife passed away 5 years earlier.
