Hospitality Night at Ohio SHRM Conference

UltraSound Special Events Inc. will exhibit at the 2008 Ohio SHRM conference held at the Kalahari Resort and Conference center on September 17 – 19, 2008. A comprehensive list of speakers has been coordinated to provide professional development opportunities for Human Resource Associates throughout Ohio. With a conference theme of “Come into the Wild” UltraSound will host a “Ultra Wild Welcome Party” to Kick off the first night of the conference.

Conference attendees are invited to visit the UltraSound Special Events hospitality suite reserved for social networking on Wednesday September 17, 2008. Complimentary appetizers, cocktails, beer, wine and fun. Play Mindball® The interactive Mind Game and network with fellow SHRM professionals. Throughout the first day of the conference, we will distribute printed postcard invitations indicating the hospitality suite number.

Attendees can register for door prizes provided at the suite party and will also receive a $25 Kalahari gift cards for personal use on Thursday night as part of a sponsorship agreement provided by UltraSound Special Events Inc. to the Ohio SHRM conference. NACA South Regional Conference held in Chattanooga, TN

“Keep It Movin” is the conference theme for the Conference and UltraSound has planned a number of Booth Demo opportunities for students to experience. These include Mindball- The Interactive Brain Game, Oxygen Bar, Caricature Art & Face Painting. Catalogues and new pricing on SOUTH only packages will be available from UltraSound Interactive entertainment Reps.

Campuses attending the NACA South Regional Conference can visit UltraSound Special Events Inc. throughout the CAMP at booth(s) 122-124. The campus activities conference will be held October 2-5, 2008 in Chattanooga, TN. Interactive events cancelled at Summit “Night Under Fire”

The interactive attractions provided by UltraSound Special Events Inc. at the “Night Under Fire” event held at Summit Motorsports Park this weekend (Aug. 2) have been cancelled. Previously, these same events were provided for “Pinks All Out” weekend on the grass islands at the park. Due to changes made on Tuesday by management at the park, it was necessary to cancel the attractions due to safety issues recognized by UltraSound.

It was previously discussed that the interactive zone be provided in the same area as the Pinks event, however, last minute changes were requested to move the area from the grass to the blacktop area. To participate on the inflatable games, children need to remove shoes and games need to be properly anchored for safety. UltraSound Special Events was not notified of these changes in advance and the changes made were non negotiable. Although we’ve looked forward to the event, it was necessary that the events be canceled.

We apologize to our clients that were aware of the events and that might be inconvenienced by such a last minute change. Updates on future events will be sent through our e mail subscriptions and posted within the news of our site.
