$750 donated to charity from "The Big Give"
Four of our office staff members at UltraSound Special Events recently completed a contest in Lima Ohio know as “the Big Give” at Thin and Healthy Total Solutions of Lima, OH. This was an eight week weight loss contest with proceeds being donated to local charities.
At the beginning of the contest, our office selected “Make A Wish” and our local “Relay for Life” event as the intended beneficiaries should we be successful in our efforts. All of our team members have lost a significant enough amount of weight to allow our team (Team UltraPound), to place second in the contest.
Super Hero Sightings occur in St. Paul, MN
The NACA Northern Plains conference will be held March 31 – April 3, 2011 in St. Paul, MN. A super hero trade show theme should boast some interesting displays, but you’ll be able to count on great entertainment booking opportunities. UltraSound Special Events Inc. is located in booth(s) 401, 403.
Free booth demos throughout the show will provide opportunities to experience the photo booth, spin art Frisbee novelties, and gather information on the National Foam Dance Party Tour booking events throughout the Northern Plains Regions. Special Conference ONLY pricing will be available for foam party tour dates.
New Rental Products found at ARA Tradeshow
UltraParty Plus Event Rentals recently attended “The Rental Show” in Las Vegas for the annual tradeshow and conference hosted by the American Rental Association. ARA is the largest association representing the rental industry and provides both education conferences and tradeshow exhibits. As a member of the organization, UltraParty regularly attends the event to research new equipment and gain educational opportunity.
At the 2011 tradeshow a number of new rental products were available. Seating options are always popular with a number of chair designs now available. New Chivari chairs in black and white finish along with Black and White Dance floor designs were added to rental inventory of UltraParty along with sophisticated lounge seating designs.
