$750 donated to charity from "The Big Give"

Four of our office staff members at UltraSound Special Events recently completed a contest in Lima Ohio know as “the Big Give” at Thin and Healthy Total Solutions of Lima, OH. This was an eight week weight loss contest with proceeds being donated to local charities.

At the beginning of the contest, our office selected “Make A Wish” and our local “Relay for Life” event as the intended beneficiaries should we be successful in our efforts. All of our team members have lost a significant enough amount of weight to allow our team (Team UltraPound), to place second in the contest.

We were able to finish first last year and provide a donation and were fortunate to finish second in 2011. The proceeds from our most recent finish have been enclosed as a small contribution to assist in your efforts to continue granting local wishes. Members of our team included from l. to r. (Robert Perkins Jr., Kevin Wieging, Kendra Wieging, Fred Gengler).

A total of $750 was earned by our team and donated to the charities. Our team feels great to have made a healthy commitment to ourselves and provide a benefit to local charities!!
