NEW Account Management Functions Active

Account management 2.0 has been launched today to assist in management of your event.  Change has been being implemented since August 2017 as we upgrade our event management software with integrated features to make essential features like inventory management, payment processing, training, safety, and the confirmation process integrated together to better communicate with our clients.  Our event staff will still be available during normal business hours to assist you, however, active clients can now manage their order and make payments with 24/7 access to their accounts.

 

What this does for Ultraparty 2.0 and upcoming features.  We will soon announce integration with our website at www.ultraparty.com and include more extensive access to our event inventory, request for quotes, and pricing available whereby basic rental of equipment is available.  Inventory requiring staffing assignments by our staff throughout your event, special delivery or installation requirements, or opportunities for better pricing related to packaging the equipment or services may not be available through an online request, but will be followed up on by an interactive or social events representative.

 

Terms and conditions.  The event terms and conditions have all been updated to provide the event names and staffing levels agreed to for your event.  UltraSound Special Events continues to provide full service events yet offers basic equipment rental for tables, chairs, staging, tents and related equipment provided to clients allowing for DIY event planning.  In addition, power requirements, set up dimensions for equipment, and staffing requirements associated with your event are also clearly communicated.

 

Payment Processing.  Secure payment processing through authorize.net is available for online payments through the event contract link to your invoice sent to you.  Electronic signature can be provided to complete booking followed by payment processing of your deposit and final payment due.  Our terms for payment have also been automated to provide payment reminders and important event updates to complete the reservations for your event.

 

 

UltraSound Special Events has developed event solutions for a number of different clients.  We’ve adapted functionality in our software to improve and provide effective communication with our full service corporate event clients, national interactive campus event tours, and basic rental clients.  Our focus still remains on quality customer service, and safety.  Unique to our events is not only providing equipment rental, but DJ Services, event planning, and production.  We take great responsibility to deliver excellent service.

 

Fully Functional.  Transition involved exporting data from our previous management software to our new system including account history and inventory.  Although agreements could initially be signed electronically, our payment processing solution has recently successfully been set up with authorize.net as a trusted provider to secure your financial data.  Based upon your account status within the system, please be aware that you will receive account reminders as we progress through planning your event.
